Playing board games & connecting. . 🌟Avoiding stress and multitasking. . 🌟Bringing the outside in, using greenery around the home. . 🌟Softening your home decor with cozy blankets, throws, low lighting and lots of candles. . 🌟Having your own cozy nook in your home. . 🌟Simplifying your home, that doesn’t mean throwing all your old clothes away it’s about simplifying your life day to day. . 🌟Wearing cozy warm lounge clothes. . 🌟Eating and drinking mindfully, warming tea, hot chocolate. Eating veggie or meat stews with lots of root vegetables, soups, warm cinnamon buns..
